We successfully completed the rehabilitation of internal roads across the base, focusing on restoring and enhancing road infrastructure for long-term durability. The project included:
- Asphalt Milling and Base Course Preparation: Milling of 120mm of the existing asphalt and 600mm of the base course to prepare for new road layers.
- Installation of New Base Coarse Aggregate: Supply and installation of 800mm thick new base coarse aggregate to provide a solid foundation for the new road structure.
- Two Layers of Asphalt: Application of two layers of high-quality asphalt, each 120mm thick, to ensure smooth, durable, and long-lasting road surfaces.
- Extensive Road Coverage: The project spanned 13 kilometers in length and 6 meters in width, enhancing accessibility and traffic flow across the base.
